How to create a 3 / 4 column row form

Good morning everyone,

i am looking for a way to create 3 to 4 columns per line on a form i am creating for our Service Portal

So far i can only fit 2 columns on it using the container but i want to have at least 3 or even 4

ok this is for an incident form, i am creating a Service Catalog Item form.

Then you need to use Container Start in combination with layout:

i have tried that also, container in a container with a split and didnt work in the portal
