How to Create a Catalog Item with Stages

Hi Community

I am looking to Create a Catalog Item which would look like this where we can have form sections each having a cluster of fields and we do a Prev / Next button to toggle between the sections.

FSO and Claim are paid plugins and primarily available as Store apps, so they cannot be accessed on a PDI.
