Hi Community

I am looking to Create a Catalog Item which would look like this where we can have form sections each having a cluster of fields and we do a Prev / Next button to toggle between the sections.

Hi @Avik2

You have to create Playbooks for this requirement to be done.

@Avik2

this is not possible with OOB in catalog form in portal.

You will have to use custom widget etc for this with heavy customization

have a look here as starting point and then enhance

Service Portal form widget, collapsing section (Accordion)

If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.

@PrashantLearnIT / @Ankur Bawiskar Thanks for the reply, I got this from a Demo video from this Link - Claims Management and around 10:02, I got this screen, Any Idea if this exists in any OOB App ? I tried installing all the FSO and Claims related Plugins in my PDI but still was not able to find this.

Hi @Avik2

Please try to enable playbooks.
