How to create a guided tour for problem task record

HI All,

I got requirement on guided tour for problem record and problem task

i have created guided tour for problem record and it is working fine same like wise i have created it for problem task record but here the issue is when i click on problem task it will two types general and root cause analysis for general it is working how to create for root cause analysis record 

and also when i open the records in new tab guided is not working it is working on only main page could you please help me on this

Can we create guided tour on existing records and records are dynamic and also when i open the records in new tab guided is not working it is working on only main page could you please help me on this .
