How to create a interactive filter for list type filed which is referecing to user table

I have a requirement to create a interactive filter for List type field which is referencing to User table. Please help me on creating this.Thanks!

Unfortunately it's not possible to create an interactive filter for a list field, unless you code your own custom interactive filter (which isn't so simple and could break with future upgrades).
