How can I make it so I have an entirely different form on the same table, while being able to use either form dynamically?
So at work we use the sn_customerservice_case Case table inside a Workspace for agents, but we need a totally different form for a new type of Case. (miscellaneous Case)
How can I create a new form for this new Case type and make it so it loads either form dynamically?
I was thinking of using a checkbox For example, a "Miscellaneous Case" checkbox and when it check it, it loads the new form instead of the default one.

I dont have CSM set up with me, but
- Need to create a new View like we have for old case types
- Use View rule
- If you are using interceptor, need to put the new link on same.
Try to do lil troubleshoot of OOTB case type and you will get idea.
