You can configure related list on form to define 1 to many relationship.

One to many mapping is the concept where you can map one record with multiple records but not vice versa.
You can create one to many mapping table by adding one field which points to your parent table.
For. ex.
Change Request is one Parent table. You have one Change task table and there is one change request field on the change task which points to Change table which creates a one to many relationship so you can relate your change task to Change Requests. only one way.
