How to create an event in run script?

How do I create an event using an script in run script? I want to be able to create an event to create a notification for each person I want to send it to.

They both are configured against the same table. sc_req_item table

Lastly, you want to validate the email properties to make sure that your system is enabled to send emails.

And make sure that the user that is supposed to receive the email has notifications enabled on their user record.

The system is enable to send email notification. I just need to know a way in my run script to send the notifications to the members of the owner group, solutions manager, etc.

I think you should preview the notification you have created - doing that will almost certainly be helpful at some point, including perhaps now.
