How to create client script alert message on agent workspace.

Hi @AnilM99 ,

Create a client script and uncheck Global Check Box in the client script, you will get a new field called View in the client script form, in that add "workspace".

Are you trying to print only the alert in your code or any other code is there?

And also is it working when you are going to the Global check box?

Test your script with the base table without checking the inherited checkbox
