How to create dashboard and reports for RITM task

Can anyone help me to create a dashboard and reports for the RITM task.

like date of creation, completion date, Date of Request moved to In Progress State,due date

What problem are you facing? It looks like normal requirement, you can create normal report on RITM Task table and bring all fields in list view to show them in report.

 

However, there might be some data unavailable e.g.  Date of Request moved to In Progress State, we dont this date stored OOTB but you can create new one and populate date accordingly.
