How to create Date Aging Buckets (<30 days, 30-60 days) in Workspace Data Visualization?

Hi Community,

I am creating a Pivot Table visualization directly inside Workspace.

I need to group a date field (Matter reported date) into aging buckets (< 30 Days, 30–60 Days, > 60 Days) across the pivot columns.

Currently, it only shows individual dates, and standard Report Ranges are not working/reflecting in Workspace Visualizations.

How can I create/configure these aging buckets in Workspace?

Please share the step-by-step method or the exact Function Field formula required to achieve this.

What you are asking for is a KPI and you should set it up in Platform Analytics.  There is a free training for "Platform Analytics (PA) Advanced" that goes thru all of the things you need to know and how to do them.

If you don't what to go thru that then you are going to need to use a choice field I think and figure out something.

I would use PA though since they basically have what you want as an example in the training.
