i have copied an existing survey and changed the metric question. Now that survey has existing introduction as below:

so when the survey gets trigger RITM number and Short description automatically gets displayed for each survey with the details for RITM form which it was triggered.
But im not able to find where the script is written for this dynamic display for RITM and short description as i also want to display the asset selected on one of the field on the RITM.
where can i find the script which dynamically updating the details in introduction of the survey so that i can update it to display asset serial number as well?
