How to create Mean time to resolve report for Incident table.

We have to create a resolve mean time report for incident table group by severity.

Can anyone help me on this?

There is an OOB indicator in Performance Analytics called "Average resolution time of resolved incidents"

I believe the Incident metrics come OOB even if you don't have a full PA license.

Hi @Aryan ,

You need to utilize performance analytics as a MTTR report based on a subset of incidents within a given timeframe and given priority, need some calculation to be done. Do you have PA available in your platform and do you have any experience with PA?
