how to create report for count the assigned ticket

Hello Expert

Need to help to create report of following scenario
A count of any ticket that were assigned to the ServiceNow Team, but were closed by some other  Team over the last 3 months

Hi @Rajveer ,

You can create a report for that, and use the following filter that I have used in the screenshot provided below. Make sure to make the custom changes as group name, and table accordingly.

Hi @Rajveer ,

As per your requirement i understand you want to track the number of tickets assigned to a particular team but not resolved by them to track the hops.

I suggest you try creating a report in the incident metric table - incident_metric

You can create a metric definition with a name Assignment group in the Metric_definition list and use it in the report : 

Definition : Assignment Group 
Created on Last 3 months 
Assignment group :  GSD
