How to create report for Look up table related field

As I need to create a report which I need to get the "Select the Application" field data.

The "Applications Requested" field is in variable set in that "Select the Application is the Look up field.

As I need to get the selected application while generating the report.

@Arjun Reddy Yer - As you are using MRVS variable set, Please check the below link on how you can work with MRVS to get/set value to the variables in the MRVS variable set.
