Hello,
I have created a report with condition "Created on last 7 days". Similarly I would like to create a report with condition "Created on last 14 days" or biweekly. Is that possible as the drop down does not have condition of "last 14 days".
Below is the screenshot for 7 days:

Hi Mathew
You could use Relative instead of On as your operator and then specify 'on or after 14 days ago'.
Hope it helps.

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar ,
I have tried the condition but i am not getting exactly the 14 day expiring tickets counts. It gave me all the tickets. Kindly help me on this.
Requirement: tickets coming up to expiry in 14 days - 7 days that require your attention.
Thanks!

Thanks everyone. It is helpful. Since I am new to this I had a question below.
Question - since we want the report for numbers for last 14 days, please explain why are we using " on or after 14 days" as the condition and not "on or before 14 days" ?

If you ran a report today with "on or before 14 days", you would get all records with created dates before December 25th. So you would get all records from 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004 .... through most of 2019 (and even before 2001). "on or after 14 days" give you the ones created in the last two weeks. The "Ago" part is key.

Hello Mathewp,
Before means - from now to previous - you are giving condition on or before 14days - that means today date is 7th january 7th to before count 14 days - that means 25th of december 2019 --
that means your counting will start before 25th December 2019 .... you will get all the records of before 2019 december 25th...
But, your requirement is -- you need report for last 14 days only ..
that's why we need to give condition like on or after 14 days ago - relative
Hope you are clear with my points , if you need more explanation please let me know.
