How to create report with condition "last 14 days"

Hello,

I have created a report with condition "Created on last 7 days". Similarly I would like to create a report with condition "Created on last 14 days" or biweekly. Is that possible as the drop down does not have condition of "last 14 days".

Hi Mathew

You could use Relative instead of On as your operator and then specify 'on or after 14 days ago'.

Since the report shows the data at the time it is seen. Is there a way to be inclusive of the full day and not just when it is seen? For example, if I ran/saw the report at 10 AM and the ticket was created 14 days ago at 8 AM, it would be filtered out. I could extend it out to 15 days, but then it would include items I might not want from the prior day depending on when I run it. I was curious if someone had a solution for this with what's available currently.
