I work for a ServiceNow partner. I'm trying to create a ServiceNow demo environment so I can show customers our ServiceNow plugin.
I've signed up for a developer account but, when I login, it takes me to the "App Engine Studio" which is a different UI than a ServiceNow customer would see. I can't figure out how to create an actual demo environment.
This is probably really simple but I can't figure out how to do it.

Hi @Phil B 123
Go back to the developer site and click on the profile icon in the upper right. This will bring down the header to get to other actions.
With the header expanded now, look to the left side and under the heading User Role, change it to Admin.
Now go back to sign in to your assigned dev instance
Edit: Under "Instance Actions" click "Change User Role" and make the change to Admin

Can you try removing everything after the .com in the URL? Example:
instanceName.service-now.com

Hi Mike. It keeps bringing me back to the App Engine Studio page.
I tried creating an "App" from a template. But when I try to submit, I get this error: "
App Engine Studio needs more setup. Ask your admin to check the pipeline configurations for this instance. You can try to submit again, later."
