Hi @Community Alums ,
Hope you are doing great.
To create a single SLA (Service Level Agreement) for two different groups in ServiceNow's IT Asset Management, you can follow these steps:
- Navigate to "SLAs" in the ServiceNow application.
- Click on "New" to create a new SLA record. Fill in the necessary details for the SLA, such as Name, Description, and Target Resolution Time.
- In the "Assignment Group" field, select the first group for which the SLA will be applicable.
- To add another group, click on the "+" icon next to the "Assignment Group" field and select the second group from the list.
- Define the conditions under which the SLA will be active, such as the priority or category of the incident.
- Save the SLA record.
Please mark the appropriate response as correct answer and helpful, This may help other community users to follow correct solution.
