How to create a Single SLA for 2 different Groups.

To create a single SLA (Service Level Agreement) for two different groups in ServiceNow's IT Asset Management, you can follow these steps:

  1.  Navigate to "SLAs" in the ServiceNow application.
  2. Click on "New" to create a new SLA record. Fill in the necessary details for the SLA, such as Name, Description, and Target Resolution Time.
  3. In the "Assignment Group" field, select the first group for which the SLA will be applicable.
  4. To add another group, click on the "+" icon next to the "Assignment Group" field and select the second group from the list.
  5. Define the conditions under which the SLA will be active, such as the priority or category of the incident.
  6. Save the SLA record.
