How to create the knowledge Article on the problem form or table

Hi All,

Currently, I am working on Problem Management,

The requirement is, "Known Error Knowledge Article should be created and attached to a problem ticket".

Can anyone help me to achieve this?

Hey Atik, just right click on your problem record and click on " Create known error article".
