How to create UI action in record producer

Hi All,

How to create a UI action button in the record producer,

i need to create  a UI action button called" QR code" in my record producer, i could see some articles that we can create using ui page/ui macro /widgets 

but not sure how to procced with this .

could you suggest pls.
