Hello,
I have created a simplified list to use on a new custom service portal and I would like to emulate the same behavior and views we get from the oob service portal when users access the RITM view of a request. I want to recreate the experience from the below view for communication and for being able to view the contents of the request. One thing to note I have exposed the fields to be read both on the table the variables are stored and on the table the request record is on.
This is the OOB view when a user arrives at the RITM of their request. It is also where they add comments and can view the content of the request.
This is what I am getting after I click on the record in my simplified list on the widget. I do not know what I need to modify to emulate the previous screenshots functionality.

Hi ,
you can go to page designer and then click on pen to edit your simple list widget .
There in "Link to this page", replace ticket with sc_order.
Please mark helpful/correct if this answered your query

Hello Tapish,
I tried to do this but I cannot find sc_order as an option when I open the link to this page select box. Could it have a different name depending on version? I am currently on Rome.
