How to delete attach file in Portal

In "Create New" form, I need to delete an attached file when the user changes an option. Is there any solution to my issue, and thank you for your assistance.

It you want user able to delete or it get deleted as soon as oprtion get changed?

If 1ts case, then cross button is there.
