How to Develop "ADD" button under related records for SOW

Open Service operation workspace -> Open any problem Record-> Go to Problem Task related record tab.

Requirement: Add button should available, when click on add button it should bringup problem Task records and after hitting add record should get attached to problem task related record.

Thanks for the updates shared.

I already gone through action assignment table and YouTube vedios but none of that resolved my issue. I need to implement this add button not only for PTask table but also for other modules incident, Catalog task in SOW.

It would be really helpful if you try in you PDI and update the procedure for PTask, from there I'll try to replicate for other related records also.

For Problem Module -> Catalog Task and Problem Task 

For Incident Module -> Problems, Defects, Enhancements, Stories, Requests. (Approx  7 Buttons need to implemented). Help me on one Add button.

After Clicking on LNG button is it working as expected? PTask are brining up and able to add to records?

Yes mate, it is not working. As I said, I am not coder, so did not right any logic behind this. So you need to read code of other button and makeit for you.
