How to Disable Auto Group Assignment of Incident

hello, everyone

i created an SLA shared between two custom groups. it is triggered depending on the priority of the incident. however, when i try to test it by changing the priority, the assignment group i previously set to either of the two custom groups automatically changes into incident management. how do i disable that?

found this business rule for the incident table. i tried to deactivate it, but to no avail... also, what am i supposed to be checking for the assignment lookup?

looks like my PDI has several irregularities... i encountered another one: why is it that instead of priority=5, it results to priority=4 for an impact=3 and urgency=3 ?
