How to Disable Clicking on a attachments file in popup?

I want to prevent users from being able to click on the red circled area of the attached file in the preview popup.

Is there any way to do that?

I tried using the client script, but it doesn't seem to work in the list view.

I think only way to do is to first check view name, if view is not sys_popup then create new view then hide attachment is view is sys_popup. follow below example.

you cannot do that

you can disable the i icon at the list level; that's what I will suggest.
