Hi we have a requirement where user wants to enter Priority field manually for incidents. How can we do this?

@vidhya_mouli Navigate to System Policy -> Rules -> Priority Lookup Rules and inactivate it.
Note: You might need to clear the priority field using onchange client script script.

Go to System policy -> Rules -> Data lookup definations
Search Priority lookup -> make it inactive
