Simply remove the group from who to send in Notifications.
If you want to disable for all notifications, you can try this method.

I meant who will receive. It'll be available in the Notification record.
you should know all the Notifications specific group receives, and remove the groups from those Notifications.
If the group doesn't want Notifications at all, then you should follow the method Sumit mentioned below (from the snapshot I have provided)
