How to disable the buttons in incident form in service operation workspace

Hi ,

i need to disable the buttons in incident form in service operation workspace 

so please help me out 

i have tried by using UI actions only create incident got removed but i need to disable the create request and create change

 in above image  create request , create incident , create change options  i need to remove

@DhanrajCh Navigate to sys_ux_form_action and deactivate the corresponding UX form action.
