Hello Everyone,
I want to disable the close button present on incident table for the esc portal how i can do that?
@Ankur Bawiskar any suggestions?

In the application navigator (left menu), type: Standard Ticket.

Click on Standard Ticket Configuration
Open incident record and scroll down to standard ticket actions tab and here you find the close record... Just make it inactive and refresh the esc portal...

it comes from standard ticket config from that Widget which shows Resolve, Close, Reopen

how is that rendered? via widget?
which portal is this?
in my esc portal I could see only Resolve in Actions

Once you resolve the incident it will show up the close and reopen buttons.
