How to disable Type is relation in the audit table

I don't want this to be visible in my audit history for a table. Is there any way to disable this

i want to disable the entire relation thing, not the personalized list setting.

Why do you get rid of relation? this is OOTB and i don't think that's the right thing to do.
Use personalization not disabling any relationship.

The simple solution: just right click and hide them from your list.
But the history is a scripted relationship (https://[your_instance].service-now.com/now/nav/ui/classic/params/target/sys_relationship.do%3Fsys_i...). I absolutely don't think you should mess with this script, but it is here that you should be able to hide the relation label.
Please mark any helpful or correct solutions as such. That helps others find their solutions.
