I don't want this to be visible in my audit history for a table. Is there any way to disable this

Don't go there. It's global, OOB functionality that handles all relations. You will a) create technical debt and cause issues with/for future upgrades/patches and b) will probably disable functionality that is used in other parts of the platform by other users.

I agree, that would be harmful to change it on platform level , is there any way to restrict on specific table ?
by changing dictionary attributes on the required table?

No, because it's a global scripted relation used on every table that has audit on.
