How to display catalog variables on the list page

I would like to display the value of a catalog variable associated with a request item on the list screen.

I am looking for a way to see a list of the request items, as I cannot tell what I have set in the catalog variables without checking each one.
If you know of any way to do this, I would appreciate it.

if you are saying to show variables of RITM on RITM list layout then this is not straight forward.
