How to display categories of Parent Category as tiles or card view instead of all items on click of Parent Category in Service Portal?

Hi All,

I wanna display  categories of Parent Category as tiles or card view instead of all items on click of Parent Category using SC Categories widget. I tried many community articles for achieving this. But unfortunately , I couldn't . I hope someone helps me on this.I am attaching a sample pic , where if I click Hardware(which is a Parent category) it has to display all the associated categories as a card view.

Hi Ujala,

 

Blog has widgets that can be downloaded & used. I guess you checked & the screenshot above seems to be from there.

Yes, but I am not able to access the widget. It is just showing me a error message saying' You cannot access 'on Portal page.
