I want to display HTML widgets depending on the State of incident record on Portal.
The purpose is to remind end users not to add comments when the incident is already closed.
It is too risky to out of OOTB to cloning the Ticket Conversation widget and change the comment entry field and attachment icons.
So I decided to clone new HTML widget.
Please tell me how to write in Widget Editor.
Or, let me know good idea to achieve the purpose if you know.
