how to display related list on service portal page?

I have downloaded the XML file that contains the widget.  I have tried to import it into my DEV instance, but I see no sign that is actually getting imported.  I have followed the steps.  I have escalated my privileges.  How can I import this so I can use it?

1) Go to Retrieved update set

2) CLick on "Import Update Set from XML"

3) Load the XML and click on upload

4) Search the update set with this name as in screenshot

"Service Portal Related List Widget"

5) Click on commit.

I am unable to import the XML file associated with this widget.

I navigated to the "Retrieved Update Sets" list.

I elevated my security privileges.

I tried "Import" but that had no effect.

I tried "Import XML" but that had no effect.

I tried "Import Update Set using XML" but that had no effect.

Is this process a secret?

Caution, the free related list widget provided by NewRocket has a bug. It does not work with defined related lists. It can potentially cause performance degradation.
