How to display the associated assessment in the table's related list.

Hi,

 

I’ve created an assessment for a custom AI Use Case table and have a question:

Is it possible to display the assessment in the related list of the AI Use Case table?

How have you associated AI Use case table with Assessments? is there any reference field used?
