How to do bulk upload from excel sheet and to convert each row into one incident request. for example:
1.iam having header in excel sheet like the incident fields
2.first row data should create one incident (service request)
3.second row data should create another incident and it should continue for the available data. The incidents should be created automatically when the file is uploaded.
