How to do ServiceNow and Copilot Integration in teams

we want user to intract with Servicenow in CoPilot in teams.

User can 

querying ticket (incident/Task) status,
Update ticket comment (incident/Task)
accessing knowledge articles,
summarizing ticket data (Like - last 5 tickets / or 10 tickets )

please Suggest any Document or guided video.
