Hi All,
We have a requirement to get the topic from the service portal that the user is in and if the user initiates a chat from that page that page if there is any related virtual agent topic it should pop up that topic some thing like the images below.
if user selects yes then the related sub taxonomy topics should pop up ,
we are using the Ecpro service portal page which uses taxonomies to get the topics . please help me in building this with sample code .
