Hi,

How can I edit the app navigator so that instead of having 2 application and 2 modules (IVR Agent, IVR Moked) I will have 1 Application called 'IVR' and 2 Modules (IVR Agent, IVR Moked)?

Hi @Alon Grod ,

To do this, you would need to follow these steps:

1. Create a new application by navigating to System Definition > Applications in the ServiceNow menu and clicking on the "New" button.

2. Give the application the name "IVR" and fill in any other required fields.

3. Click on the "Submit" button to create the new application.

4. Go to System Definition > Modules, find the "IVR Agent" and "IVR Moked" modules.

5. Click on the "Actions" button for each module and select "Edit".

6. In the "Application" field, select "IVR" and click on the "Update" button.

7. Repeat the above step for each module you want to move to the new application.

8. Now both the "IVR Agent" and "IVR Moked" modules will be grouped under the "IVR" application in the app navigator.

It is important to note that this will only change the way the applications and modules appear in the app navigator and will not affect the functionality or access of the applications or modules.

It's also important to mention that before you perform these steps, you need to ensure that the modules you're going to move don't have any dependent modules or applications.

Hi @Alon Grod ,

Go to Application Menu

Search for *IVR you will get 2 application menu's with IVR Agent and IVR Moked

Consider 1 Application and Rename it to IVR

Now go to 2nd application and in related list open the module created and change the application menu in that form and save it.

You are done.
