how to edit login/register page

Hello, the "i dont have a user click here" button we have on our portal links to the wrong portal. This page where this button is located, is only visible if your logged out. So me as an admin cant just ctrl+right click it to edit the link easily. How do i access this page from the backend in servicenow to edit the button that has the wrong link?

I should also add that if the code in the widget needs to be edited directly and not just the options then in step 2 that I listed above click on "Widget Editor".

Then from there search for the widget that needs to be edited.
