How to enable asset history

Hi All,

I have following requirement -

Whenever user clicks on asset record, he will see full asset history from the day we purchased to the point where it is now including it's previous owners and location movement

What configuration I need to do to fulfill this?

Hi @BijoyDeb,

As good starting point, with simple configuration you can make the required auditable fields available and visible on the 'Activity' tab.

Baseline configuration - the Asset table (alm_asset) is audited. Therefore you can dispay and and all of these changes.

To configure the Activity feed, open an Asset and click on the 'Activity' table.

Next step is to click on the funnel icon to the right of the Activities - here you can configure what you'd like users to see.
