Hello Team,
I would like information on the snow dark mode. Would appreciate if someone would advice
1. Is there a dark mode available for service now interface ( client portal) just like other applications? There is a theme option available but that is only for fulfillers & not for the end users.
2. If there is a dar mode feature available, please suggest how to implement it.
snow version: Utah
Thank you in advance !
Kr,
Sandeep K.

@ServiceNow Use6 : by any chance do you mean by this value "glide.service_portal.dark_theme.allow_list" ?
"This property contains a comma separated list of baseline service portal record sys_ids (introduced as part of the active / inactive plugins). For any portal record specified in this property, it will allow APP BU/s to configure the "Dark Theme" field on portal record."

Hi @Sandeep102
If you want to apply dark theme to the workspaces, lists etc. please refer this once Next Experience UI Dark Theme, now also on Core UI experiences!
If you want to apply dark theme to the end user portals like service portal, employee center, I think you have to modify the theme record by navigating to Service Portal > Themes

Hello @Vasu ch : Thank you for your response.
1. I will check this dark theme for workspace solution, Andres also shared a similar info which I have to check and will update you both.
2. Yes, I have to make this for the service portal as one of my user asked this and since they are not fulfiller they cannot access the theme's option in which there is an option for Dark theme as well.
