How to enable playbooks in security incident

How to configure playbooks as it shows "Please contact your administrator" PFA and kindly suggest.

Can you please check of you have "playbook_experience.admin" role added to your profile.

I have added mentioned role to me but it's not happening, could you please give more suggestions on this.

Hi @suryaprakash123 :

As the error shown "Please contact your administrator" indicates that the user account you are currently logged in with does not have the necessary privileges. 

You can check adding the following roles.

  1. sn_crisis_admin - this role provides access to the Crisis Management module, including playbooks and incidents.
  2. sn_crisis_manager - this role provides access to manage playbooks and incidents.
  3. sn_incident_writer - this role provides access to create and modify incidents.

Once added you need to configure the playbook.
