Hi @sureshs3 ,

Generally, the MID server auto-upgrades, but if it didn't you can upgrade it manually:
Step 1: Open the mid server record
Step 2: Under related link, click on 'upgrade mid'

Refer to this doc as well : https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/utah-servicenow-platform/page/product/mid-server/task/t_UpgradeTh...

If my answer has helped with your quesiton, please mark it as helpful and correct response.

Hi Sureshs3,

The error message you're seeing indicates that the version of the MID Server you're using is not compatible with the version of the instance you're trying to connect to. To resolve this issue, you will need to upgrade your MID Server to a version that is compatible with the instance version you're using.

Here are the steps you can take to upgrade your MID Server:

  1. Check the ServiceNow documentation to determine which MID Server version is compatible with your instance version.

  2. Download the compatible version of the MID Server from the ServiceNow website.

  3. Stop the existing MID Server service.

  4. Install the new version of the MID Server on the same machine where the old MID Server was installed. This should replace the old MID Server installation.

  5. Restart the MID Server service.

  6. Test the MID Server connection to the instance to ensure that it is now working properly.

If you're unsure of how to upgrade your MID Server, you may want to consider reaching out to a ServiceNow expert or IT professional for assistance. They can provide guidance on the specific steps you need to take to upgrade your MID Server and ensure that it is properly configured to connect to your instance.

Thanks,

Rahul Kumar

MID Server is not able to find in the Test environment. How to restart the Pod and it will show up in ServiceNow test instance. This MID server is used for Integration.
