Are you logging in with the System Administrator ID? If so, seems something is broken.

1. Ensure you are logged in a Admin and you should find the tables in System definition > Tables.

2. Check if you are in the right scope . If you are in the custom scope some tables many not be visible. Switch to Global scope.
