Hi,
I'm getting the following error when I try to change the Due Date from Visual Task Board. I found the following solution on Now Support https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0821210 but I can't find what is the UI Policy that is blocking me to do the change. I want to inactivate it.
This is the field I want to change from the Visual Task Board. It is happening only for certain SCTASKs, so I want to know the reason.
This is the error message I'm getting from the Catalog Task.
Can someone guide me how to find that UI Policy?
Thanks,

Hi,
Go to the table and configure the ui policies.
Look for the ui policy that has that error message in it and deactivate it.
it is only happening on tasks that meet the conditions for it to trigger.
Thanks
Jake

Hi,
I did the following: I went to Tables, then I search for Catalog Task. I opened the Table and did click on the hamburger icon, then Configure and finally UI Policy.
I didn't find any UI Policy with error message. This is for VTB so not sure if we are in the correct table or UI Policies
Let me know if you are referring to this? or if I'm in the wrong place.
These are some UI Policies I see...

Hi,
You need to go to a record within the sc catalog task table then go to configure your policies.
thanks

I did it and I was not able to find anything with an error message.
Most of the UI Policies there were created by me and other team members. That was the first place I took at look and nothing.
