How to Export a Dashboard (Performance Analytics Widgets + Reports) to CSV or Excel?

Hi Community,
I have a dashboard in ServiceNow that contains a mix of Performance Analytics widgets and standard reports. The requirement is to export the entire dashboard data into CSV or Excel format so that it can be used in Power BI.
We do not have any direct integration with Power BI, so I’m looking for the best possible approach to achieve this.
Questions:

Is there a native way to export all dashboard data at once?
For PA widgets, is there an option to export their underlying data in bulk?
If not, what are the recommended alternatives

Any guidance or best practices would be greatly appreciated!

Open the dashboard, click on the 3 dots in the upper-right, select "Export", then select PDF.

The client wants the export in csv or .xlsx format. are we able to get that? and we are not using Platform Analytics.

There is no native way and it sounds like a very complicated exercise to do programmatically as you have to jump through multiple tables to even get a list of reports on a dashboard let alone getting the scores from indicators with the widget bringing additional complexity.

What is the underlying business requirement? Maybe what is needed can be achieved in pa instead or power bi can be used to fill gaps. Or just export/query the "raw" data for the reports and the scores [pa_scores_l1/2].

From ServiceNow, the expectation is to provide reports in CSV or Excel (.xlsx) format for integration into other tools like Power BI. This is for a custom Customer Service Management (CSM) application. I have already enabled Performance Analytics, configured data collection jobs, created indicators, and built a new dashboard that includes both Performance Analytics widgets and standard reports. I’ve also added breakdowns for filtering. However, I’m unsure how to export these reports so they can be consumed by external tools.
