Hi Community,
I have a dashboard in ServiceNow that contains a mix of Performance Analytics widgets and standard reports. The requirement is to export the entire dashboard data into CSV or Excel format so that it can be used in Power BI.
We do not have any direct integration with Power BI, so I’m looking for the best possible approach to achieve this.
Questions:
Is there a native way to export all dashboard data at once?
For PA widgets, is there an option to export their underlying data in bulk?
If not, what are the recommended alternatives
Any guidance or best practices would be greatly appreciated!

If the reports are not consumed in servicenow it does not make much sense to build the ui elements for the dashboard. I'd suggest looking into existing powerbi connectors but these will most likely incur costs. Other than that there is the odbc-driver that can be installed and powerbi is most likely able to consume the rest apis.
You can pull whatever data you want from the target table using the table api for standard reports. Collating the data for pa indicators will be a bit trickier and formula indicators are not stored. I believe you'd then want the tables pa_scores_l1, pa_scores_l2 and pa_snapshots if you want to pull the record information into powerbi. But really for time-series data it might make more sense to take the snapshots of the data directly from powerbi via the table api.
